Key Responsibilities include recruitment and candidate sourcing, screening and scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates and hiring managers, maintaining employee and recruitment records, and supporting onboarding and HR operations. Required Skills include good communication and interpersonal skills, experience in recruitment and HR operations, knowledge of job portals and candidate sourcing, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Only Male candidates. Location: Pune-Hadpasar.
