What the role covers

Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing. Validate attendance LOP overtime incentives deductions new joiners exits & salary revisions. Prepare salary registers bank files payslips payroll reports & MIS. Handle payroll reconciliation and Full & Final (F&F) settlements. Manage statutory compliances including EPF/PF ESIC PT LWF TDS Form 24Q & Form 16. Advanced Excel: VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP INDEX-MATCH Pivot Tables SUMIF/SUMIFS COUNTIF/COUNTIFS. Experience in Payroll Processing Firms / Payroll Consultancies preferred. Candidates from payroll consultancy only. Females only.
