What We Are Looking For: 1-2 years of experience in HR Operations and Payroll; candidates who can join immediately; hands-on experience managing monthly payroll and salary processing; experience handling employee attendance, leaves, overtime and deductions; strong understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle management; experience with employee onboarding, documentation, confirmations and offboarding; knowledge of HR policies, procedures and labor laws; hands-on experience with FlowHCM or similar HR & payroll software; experience managing employee records, attendance, leaves and payroll through FlowHCM; strong command of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets; experience preparing payroll, attendance and HR reports; ability to handle employee queries regarding salary, benefits, attendance and HR policies.
