Looking for an experienced HR Executive to support and execute key HR functions at FAP Athagarh. Key Responsibilities include statutory HR compliance, payroll coordination & time office operations, employee engagement & employee relations, industrial relations (IR), learning & development (L&D)/training coordination, HR administration & documentation, support day-to-day HR activities at the plant, and ensure compliance with HR policies and applicable labour practices. Key Skills Required: strong knowledge of HR & IR practices, knowledge of Time Office Operations, understanding of Employee Engagement, knowledge of L&D and Training Coordination, good communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work effectively in a plant/industrial environment.
