What the role covers

Build HR is looking for an HR Compliance Executive with strong expertise in Indian Labour Laws and statutory compliance. Locations: Chennai, Hosur, Gujarat, Assam. Key focus: Labour Law Compliance (PF/ESI/Gratuity/Bonus/Factories Act/BOCW), Contract Labour Management (CLRA & ISMW audits), NATS & NAPS (portal registration/onboarding), Statutory Records & Liaison, Payroll & HRIS. MBA/MSW/PG Diploma in Labour Law preferred.
