We're Hiring | HR Business Partner – Alexandria. Resources One is hiring for a leading manufacturing company in Alexandria. We're looking for a hands-on HR Business Partner with solid exposure to manufacturing environments. Location: Alexandria. Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Days off: Friday and 2 Saturdays per month; Transportation provided. Requirements: minimum 5–7 years of solid HR Generalist experience; previous experience in Manufacturing / Industrial companies is preferred; strong hands-on experience in Personnel & Labor Relations, Payroll & Payroll Inputs, Recruitment & Workforce Planning, Employee Relations & Disciplinary Actions, Performance Management, HR Policies & Procedures; strong knowledge of HR operations and labor regulations; ability to work hands-on and independently; strong communication, problem-solving and organizational skills; experience dealing with government authorities and external service providers is a plus.
