We are looking for an experienced HR professional to manage HR operations for our warehouse, particularly 3PL/workmen management. Key Responsibilities include managing 3PL manpower attendance and ensuring accuracy, handling monthly payroll processing and coordination with 3PL vendors, managing new hiring and onboarding of warehouse workmen, creating and maintaining workmen codes in the system, maintaining employee records and HR-related documentation, coordinating with warehouse operations and 3PL agencies for manpower requirements, and handling a workforce of approximately 200+ warehouse employees/workmen. Required experience includes 3–4 years of relevant experience in HR/IR operations, preferably in a warehouse/DC environment, experience in handling 200+ workmen is preferred, good knowledge of 3PL manpower management and payroll processes, and strong working knowledge of Advanced MS Excel including VLOOKUP, COUNTIF/COUNTIFS, Pivot Tables, IF functions, and data analysis.
