Lead strategic financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and business performance management. Drive financial governance, accounting, taxation, statutory compliance and internal controls. Manage cash flow, treasury, banking relationships and working capital. Develop robust MIS and financial reporting systems. Drive cost optimization and finance automation. CA Mandatory. Experience in Healthcare, Pharma, Medical Devices, Biotechnology, Diagnostics, FMCG or Stem Cell industry preferred.
