Essen Health Care is looking for a General Manager, Integrated Care Management who can lead through other leaders while staying close enough to the day-to-day operation to understand what is really happening. You are a Fit If: you bring 5-7 years of healthcare operations, population health, Care Management, RPM, value-based care or clinical operations experience; you have 2-3 years of management experience leading supervisors, team leads or multiple teams; you have worked within programs such as CCM, APCM, PIN, CHI, BHI or RPM; you are comfortable using KPIs and dashboards to manage performance; you know how to coach leaders while holding teams accountable; you have a Bachelor degree; Master preferred.
