A PE-backed company scaling from $135M to $250M+ through organic growth and M&A is hiring a hands-on FP&A Senior Manager with a direct line to the CFO and board-level exposure from day one. Why this role: front-row seat on M&A from diligence through integration; real ownership building out reporting, forecasting and analytics beyond traditional Excel models; opportunity to build and lead a team as the company scales. Who we are looking for: an accounting background that has moved into FP&A; project-based experience ideally in construction or manufacturing, or a strong service industry background; multi-location or multi-entity experience preferred; hands-on crunching data, digging into systems and solving problems, not just managing people; strong Excel skills plus experience moving beyond Excel with AI agents or modern software to streamline reporting and the close; comfort with commission accruals and other complex reconciliations; 6+ years of FP&A experience including 3+ years as an FP&A lead in a project-based, multi-branch service business. Not a fit for candidates from unrelated industries such as banking. Fully remote, ET or CT.
