IKONS Ibérica IS HIRING | FINNISH PAYROLL IMPLEMENTATION CONSULTANT | REMOTE. We are looking for a Finnish Payroll Implementation Consultant to join an international payroll project, working within a global and multicultural environment. The role will focus on Finnish Payroll implementation, supporting the delivery and configuration of payroll solutions according to Finnish payroll processes and local requirements. What are we looking for? Professional experience in Finnish Payroll. Experience in Payroll Implementation projects. Strong understanding of Finnish payroll processes and legislation. Experience working with Payroll / HRIS systems. Ability to work in international project environments. English language (mandatory). Finnish language is a nice-to-have. What will you be doing? Participating in the implementation of Finnish Payroll solutions. Gathering and analysing payroll requirements. Supporting configuration, testing and validation activities. Working with stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle. Ensuring the solution is aligned with Finnish payroll requirements and processes.
