QPA Virtual Assistants Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented, proactive and numerically confident Financial Virtual Assistant to support a growing UK-based residential care provider. Position: Financial Virtual Assistant. Location: Overseas / Remote. Working Arrangement: Part-time, approximately 20 hours per week. Remuneration: £600 per month. Key Responsibilities: maintain accurate bookkeeping records using Xero or similar accounting software; perform routine bookkeeping tasks and bank reconciliations; manage finance-related emails, invoices, receipts and payment records; track supplier payments and recruitment agency invoices; identify discrepancies and follow up on outstanding financial information; organise financial documents and prepare records for the external accountant; support the improvement of bookkeeping routines and financial administration processes. What we’re looking for: previous experience in bookkeeping, finance administration or accounts support; practical experience with Xero or comparable accounting software; good understanding of bank reconciliations, invoice processing and accounts payable; strong numerical, organisational and problem-solving skills; excellent attention to detail and proficiency in spreadsheets; ability to work independently, meet deadlines and handle confidential financial information professionally. Additional advantage: experience supporting UK businesses, residential care providers, healthcare organisations or staffing agencies; familiarity with UK banking processes and payroll-related documentation.
