Fidara Orbis (Private) Limited is hiring a Financial Reporting Analyst. Work Mode: Full-Time | Remote. Timing: 6 PM TO 3 AM. Department: Finance & Accounting. Role Overview: Join our client’s Finance & Accounting team to analyze financial performance, develop reports and dashboards, and support budgeting, forecasting and business decision-making across multiple healthcare businesses. Key Responsibilities: Financial Reporting & Analysis; Budgeting & Forecasting; Revenue & Variance Analysis; Healthcare Revenue Cycle Analytics (RCM); Financial Dashboards & KPI Reporting; Data Reconciliation & Performance Monitoring. Requirements: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Finance, ACCA/ICMA Finalist; 2–5 years of relevant experience; advanced Microsoft Excel skills; strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; knowledge of financial reporting and forecasting. Preferred Skills: Power BI | Financial Modelling | FP&A | ERP Systems. Note: Healthcare or RCM experience preferred but not mandatory. Training will be provided.
