U.S. Bancorp Asset Management (USBAM) is looking for a Financial Intermediary Sales & Relationship Management Associate to join the team. This is a great opportunity for an investment professional who enjoys building strong client relationships, delivering an exceptional client experience, and identifying opportunities to grow and expand relationships. In this role, you'll support new and existing institutional clients, primarily within Money Market Mutual Funds, while partnering across Marketing, Product Management, Data & Analytics and other teams. You'll play an important role in relationship management, client onboarding and maintenance, reporting, cash flow communications, DDQs/RFIs, sales initiatives and continuously improving the overall client experience. What we're looking for: 5+ years of relevant experience in financial services, investment management, relationship management, sales support, client service or a related field; Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses, or ability to complete both within 120 days of starting; strong relationship-building, networking, business development and communication skills; asset or investment management experience is preferred; experience with registered investment products, intermediary distribution or fixed income is a plus.
