Responsibilities: attend client meetings and property visits, build relationships with owners and local brokers, source verified rental and resale inventory, conduct property presentations, handle negotiations and support closures, maintain accurate visit and follow-up reports. Requirements: strong communication and convincing skills, willing to work in the field and take ownership, real estate experience preferred.
