Summa Accounting & Consultancy Services is hiring a Female Junior Accountant for an immediate start. Location: Remote (Abu Dhabi-based), with occasional client visits in Abu Dhabi. Employment Type: Full-time. Salary: AED 7,000-8,000 per month. About the Role: We are looking for a well-presented, articulate and motivated Junior Accountant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a professional appearance, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the confidence to interact with clients professionally. The successful candidate will have at least three years of accounting experience and a good understanding of bookkeeping, financial reporting, UAE VAT and Corporate Tax. Key Responsibilities: maintain accurate financial records and perform day-to-day bookkeeping; record sales, purchases, bills, expenses and bank transactions; perform bank reconciliations; assist in preparing financial statements and management reports; prepare and assist with UAE VAT Returns and Corporate Tax Returns. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field; minimum 3 years of accounting experience IN THE UAE; good understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles; intermediate knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax; proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications; excellent English communication skills; well-presented, articulate, professional and confident in client-facing situations; strong attention to detail, organizational skills and problem-solving abilities; ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage deadlines. Nice-to-Haves: experience with accounting software such as Zoho Books, Xero, QuickBooks or Tally; UAE-based with a valid UAE driving license and access to a car for occasional client visits; experience assisting with financial statements and tax return preparation.
