We're Hiring: Epic Consultant – Patient Refunds (Revenue Cycle). Location: Remote – USA. Employment Type: Contract. Experience: 8–15 Years. We are looking for an experienced Epic Consultant specializing in Patient Refunds, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and Accounts Payable (A/P) to support an Epic-based patient refund solution. The ideal candidate will have strong US healthcare revenue cycle expertise, hands-on experience with Epic Resolute, and a deep understanding of patient credit balances, refund eligibility, EOB validation and refund processing. Required Skills: Strong US Healthcare RCM and Accounts Payable experience; working knowledge of Epic Resolute HB/PB and patient refund workflows; complete Epic KIT implementation experience is required; API and Data Warehouse experience; strong understanding of EOBs, patient credit balances, refund eligibility and payment reconciliation; excellent analytical, troubleshooting and documentation skills.
