NEW ROLE — Director of Drayage Sales – Nationally. Location: Remote – USA. Compensation: $90,000 Base + 15% Commission + Benefits. I'm currently recruiting for a Director of Drayage Sales role with a market-leading logistics organization operating across the U.S., with 10 warehouses and a fleet of 600+ tractors. What you'll be responsible for: build trusted, executive-level relationships with major customers and supply-chain partners; develop and execute strategic growth plans for key national accounts; identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships; lead complex RFPs, contract negotiations, pricing discussions and commercial initiatives; partner with operations, finance and customer service teams to deliver against customer commitments; monitor account performance, profitability and customer satisfaction; use market intelligence to identify new opportunities and competitive threats. We're looking for: proven success in national account sales, strategic account management or business development; strong knowledge of the U.S. transportation and logistics marketplace; a track record of winning, growing and retaining major customer relationships; experience managing complex negotiations and long sales cycles; strong commercial, relationship-building and executive communication skills.
