Looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in Payroll, Statutory Compliance, and Labour Law within a manufacturing/factory environment. Key Responsibilities: end-to-end payroll management for staff, blue-collar employees, and contract workforce, compliance with the Factories Act, PF, ESIC, CLRA, Minimum Wages Act, and Gratuity Act, lead statutory audits, government inspections, and contractor compliance. Preferred Profile: 5+ years of relevant manufacturing experience, hands-on experience managing statutory audits and government inspections independently, strong knowledge of labour laws and payroll processes.
