BSS Solar 1h • Edited • Follow We need someone to help us move our records into a new system. BSS Solar installs and maintains solar plants around Trivandrum. We have built our own app to track work orders and sites, and before we switch over to it, all our old data has to go in. Spreadsheets, work order files, site documents. There is a lot of it. So we are hiring a data entry person for one month, working from our office at Kowdiar. What you will be doing: • Typing project, customer and work order details from Excel sheets and paper files into our web app • Checking what you entered against the original document • Cleaning up duplicates, wrong formats and missing fields • Telling us when something looks wrong instead of guessing What we are looking for: • You are comfortable with Excel and filling in web forms • You type fast, but careful matters more than fast. If a meter number goes in wrong, we do not find out until there is a problem six months later. • Plus Two or above. Freshers are welcome. • Malayalam and English The details: • One month to begin with. It could go to two, depending on how much data there is. • Monday to Saturday, from our Kowdiar office • Salary we can discuss when we meet • If you do this work well, we will offer you a permanent job in our operations team.
