We are looking for a Customer Support Professional – Voice Process (US Payroll). Requirements include any Graduate degree, minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in US Payroll Voice Process / Customer Support, in-depth knowledge of US payroll systems, tax regulations, and end-to-end payroll cycles, excellent verbal and written English communication skills, and flexibility to work in US Night Shifts. Key responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound customer calls to resolve inquiries related to US payroll processing, tax withholdings, and compliance, assisting clients over the phone with payroll system navigation, tax forms, and garnishments, maintaining high customer satisfaction, and collaborating with internal support teams.
