Key Responsibilities: manage CRM operations and customer relationships, handle customer queries, complaints & escalations, coordinate post-sales activities, possession, documentation & registration, manage and guide the CRM team, maintain customer records and CRM MIS reports, ensure timely resolution of customer issues. Farvision mandatory. Real Estate industry preferred.
