What the role covers

Minimum 3+ years of experience as Corporate Secretary, Legal Officer, or Compliance Officer in a PT Tbk / publicly listed company. Hands-on experience with IDXnet, SPE-OJK, KSEI, OSS RBA, and AHU Online. Strong knowledge of UU PT, OJK/IDX regulations, POJK 17, POJK 42, and labor regulations. Experienced in commercial contracts, RUPS/GMS documentation, corporate filings, and regulatory reporting.
