Miracle Software Systems is hiring a Business Development Manager for Charlotte, NC and Dallas, TX. The role owns new business development and account growth within the IT services market. Responsibilities: identify and pursue new IT services opportunities; build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients; translate customer requirements into tailored IT solutions; partner with technical teams to ensure successful delivery; prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals and contracts; negotiate pricing and close deals to meet or exceed targets; monitor industry trends, emerging technologies and competitor activity; maintain accurate records of sales activity, client interactions and market feedback; provide sales reports and forecasts to management. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT or related field (or equivalent experience); proven experience in IT services sales or business development; solid understanding of cloud services, cybersecurity, managed services and software solutions; excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills; ability to build long-term client relationships; self-motivated and able to work independently; willingness to travel. Preferred: experience selling to mid-size and enterprise clients; knowledge of digital transformation, AI and emerging IT trends; consultative sales approach.
