Job Responsibilities: Maintain accurate financial records and transactions; process invoices, payments and receipts; assist with accounts payable and receivable; reconcile bank statements and financial accounts; prepare basic financial reports; organize accounting documents and records. Requirements: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; basic knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting; familiarity with spreadsheets and accounting software; ability to handle financial information confidentially; previous experience is preferred but not required.
