Hiring a Benefits & Leave Coordinator. Looking for professionals with 3+ years of experience in Leave of Absence (LOA) and Benefits Administration. Strong knowledge of FMLA, ADA, COBRA, disability, and leave administration. Experience working with third-party leave administrators (Lincoln Financial preferred). Expertise in benefits billing reconciliation, payroll deductions, and benefit arrears. Hands-on experience with HRIS/Benefits platforms (UKG preferred).
