The Human Resources Team at Ashoka University is Hiring! We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Payroll to join our HR team and take ownership of end-to-end payroll operations at Ashoka. This role will involve managing monthly payroll processing, statutory compliance, salary and compensation administration, payroll accounting coordination, audits and reconciliations, as well as addressing employee payroll queries. The role will also work closely with HR Partners, Finance and other stakeholders to ensure that payroll is processed accurately and on time. If you have experience in Indian payroll practices, statutory compliance, income tax and TDS, payroll accounting and HR operations, along with stakeholder-management skills, we would be happy to hear from you. Location: Sonipat, Haryana (Delhi-NCR). Experience: 4–8 years.
