What the role covers

JLL is looking for a motivated Assistant Facility Manager – Soft Services for a prestigious client account in Gurgaon. Requirements: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Facilities Management (Corporate or Hospitality background preferred); strong communication and stakeholder management skills; solid hands-on knowledge of core FM areas: manpower management, vendor management, and day-to-day soft services operations; self-driven, proactive, and ready to take ownership. Role on JLL payroll. Location: Gurgaon.
