Reinhold Engineering & Group of Companies Limited, a leading nationally owned civil works and building construction company, is seeking two detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Officers – Accounts Receivable to join its Finance & Accounts team. Location: Port Moresby, NCD, PNG. Employment Type: Contract. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and process customer invoices, receipts and accounts receivable transactions; record and allocate customer payments accurately; monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue accounts; maintain customer reconciliations, schedules and financial records; prepare ageing reports and collection updates for management review; support month-end reporting and audit requirements; ensure compliance with company financial controls and procedures. Qualifications: Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related discipline; experience in Accounts Receivable, Finance Administration or a similar accounting role; proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software; construction or project-based environment experience an advantage; strong attention to detail and accuracy; excellent organisational and time management skills; sound analytical and problem-solving abilities; effective written and verbal communication; professional approach to customer interaction and payment follow-up; high level of integrity, accountability and confidentiality.
