We Are Hiring an Accounts Receivable Manager for a Healthcare client in Al Khobar. Key Responsibilities: Manage insurance, corporate and patient receivables; oversee AR reconciliations, cash application, aging and provisions; ensure accurate month-end closing, reporting and IFRS compliance; coordinate with RCM, Treasury and IT to improve collections and resolve discrepancies; lead the AR team and enhance financial controls and processes. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; 8–10 years of relevant experience including 3–5 years in healthcare; minimum 3 years of team management experience; strong experience in insurance receivables, payer settlements and AR reconciliations; experience with ERP/HIS integration and multi-branch healthcare operations; Oracle Fusion experience preferred; advanced Excel skills; Power BI and Power Query a plus; knowledge of Saudi healthcare payers and NPHIES preferred; CMA or IFRS Diploma an advantage; proficiency in English; Arabic highly desirable.
