Koenig Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced AR/AP Executive to manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable operations. Location: India | 100% Remote. Experience: 3–7 Years. Requirements: 3–7 years of relevant experience in BOTH Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable (mandatory — candidates with only one function will not be considered); Accounts Receivable (AR): Customer invoicing, payment follow-ups, collections, cash application, receivables aging, and dispute resolution; Accounts Payable (AP): Vendor invoice processing, payment management, fund transfers, vendor reconciliations, and outstanding payable tracking; Reconciliation & Reporting: Strong experience in customer/vendor account reconciliations, aging analysis, and resolving financial discrepancies; Accounting & Systems: Good experience of Indian accounting principles, ERP/accounting systems, and MS Excel.
