WE ARE HIRING | ACCOUNTS PAYABLE ACCOUNTANT & PURCHASING OFFICER. Hefny Pharma Group (HPG) is looking for a qualified candidate to join our team: 1. Accounts Payable Accountant; 2. Purchasing Officer; 3. Cost Control (pharmaceutical experience is preferred). Location: 10th of Ramadan City, Egypt. Experience: 1–4 Years. Key Responsibilities: Process supplier invoices and verify them against purchase orders and receiving documents; review supplier balances and reconcile accounts payable statements; follow up on payment schedules and outstanding supplier balances; maintain accurate records of invoices, payments, and supplier transactions; handle local purchasing activities and follow up on purchase requests; request and compare quotations from suppliers to ensure competitive prices and suitable quality; issue purchase orders and follow up on deliveries; coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of materials; maintain organized purchasing and accounting documentation. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, or a related field; 1–4 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable and Purchasing; good knowledge of accounting principles and supplier account reconciliation; good negotiation, communication, and organizational skills; proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage; good English communication skills.
