Key Responsibilities: Review and process supplier invoices and settlements accurately; perform 3-way matching (Purchase Orders, Receiving Notes and Invoices); review and reconcile shipment clearance accounts, shipping expenses and related costs; maintain accounts payable aging and vendor statement reconciliations. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Accounting; minimum 4 years of experience in accounts payable, preferably within a manufacturing industry (experience in shipment clearance review is a must); excellent command of Microsoft Excel and accounting software; strong analytical, attention to detail and communication skills.
