We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to take full ownership of invoicing, cash application, collections, disputes and reconciliations. This is a hands-on role where your work directly keeps cash flowing. What you'll be doing: Preparing and sending accurate invoices and customer statements; manually applying payments (checks, ACH, wires, credit cards) and researching short pays, overpayments and unapplied cash; following up with customers by phone and email on balances, overdue accounts and payment commitments; resolving billing disputes with sales, operations and accounting, and processing approved credits and adjustments; reconciling AR to the general ledger and preparing aging and cash receipt reports for management; keeping customer records and credit terms up to date, plus light admin support for company leadership.
