The Peak Hire is looking for a remote, full-time Accounts Receivable Collections Specialist (Philippines applicants only) to help keep customer accounts current through clear, professional outreach by phone and email. Start: Immediately. Position type: Full-time | Remote. Schedule: EST Time Zone. Salary: $900 per month. Responsibilities: Contact customers about overdue invoices by phone and email; follow up consistently on payment commitments and unresolved balances; review account histories, invoices and payment records before outreach; explain balances clearly and resolve routine billing questions; document every interaction, commitment, dispute and next step in the client's system; escalate disputed invoices, hardship concerns and complex accounts to the appropriate contact; prepare regular updates on aging receivables, collection activity and issues requiring attention; handle customer and financial information confidentially. Qualifications: Experience in accounts receivable, collections, billing or customer account support; strong verbal and written communication skills; a firm, composed demeanor and confidence discussing payment obligations; organized follow-through and accurate recordkeeping; good judgment when handling disputes or sensitive conversations; comfortable using spreadsheets and accounting, CRM or collections software; reliable internet connection and a professional remote-work setup.
