Accounts Payable Associate. Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid 3/2). We are hiring an Accounts Payable Associate to join our Accounting team. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy working with financial data, maintaining accuracy and building strong relationships with vendors and internal business partners. What you will do: process and reconcile invoices accurately and efficiently; resolve and reconcile vendor payment, invoice and purchase order discrepancies; maintain vendor master data and support compliance activities; participate in audits, process improvements and special projects. What we are looking for: Accounts Payable experience, preferably in a mid size or large company; strong attention to detail and organizational skills; experience researching and resolving account discrepancies; intermediate Excel and Microsoft Office skills; ERP experience, SAP or Service Now preferred.
