Brilliant is recruiting an Accounts Payable Analyst for a large, growing food manufacturing organisation in Fort Atkinson, WI. This is a short-term contract (3–6 months, expected through the end of the year), 100% on-site, 40 hours/week, 8 AM–5 PM. Target start: 12 Oct 2026. Pay: $29–$31/hour. Responsibilities: process 100+ scrap/disposal invoices per day; research AP issues and follow through to payment; research and resolve open POs; monitor open PO reports using Excel and SAP; prepare financial, inventory and operational reports; assist with tracking, reconciliations and maintaining accurate documentation. Requirements: AP/accounting experience; strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs and pivot tables preferred); excellent attention to detail; ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment; SAP experience is a plus.
