ARDEM Data Services Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an Accounts Payable Analyst with proven US Accounting and prior US shift experience to join its growing Finance & Accounting team. Work Location: 100% Remote | India. Shift: Permanent Night Shift (aligned with US business hours). The ideal candidate brings: 3–5 years of hands-on Accounts Payable experience; mandatory working experience in US Accounting processes; mandatory previous experience working in the US night shift; strong knowledge of invoice processing, PO/Non-PO invoices, matching and reconciliations; experience with ERP/accounting systems and AP workflow platforms; excellent communication, problem-solving and vendor-handling skills. What you'll do: Process and validate PO, Non-PO and specialized invoices; perform 2-way and 3-way invoice matching; identify duplicate invoices and resolve invoice discrepancies; manage invoice queues, aging, backlog, approvals and exceptions; handle AP mailboxes, vendor queries and invoice/payment status requests; perform supplier statement reconciliations and open-item cleanup; support payment proposals, payment holds, credits and payment exceptions; assist with month-end closing, accruals, cutoff activities and AP reporting; coordinate with vendors, procurement, receiving teams and Finance stakeholders; maintain compliance with client SOPs, internal controls and quality standards.
