WE ARE HIRING an Accounts Executive. Are you an experienced Accounts professional looking for your next career opportunity? We are looking for a proactive, organized and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team. Location: Panchkula. Experience: 1-2 Years. Qualification: Master degree or related field. Key Responsibilities: Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable: Generate and issue accurate and timely client invoices. Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up for timely payments. Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies. Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments. Payroll & Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and regulations. Prepare and submit statutory returns including PF, ESI & TDS. Support compliance with GST and TDS requirements. Financial Reporting & Record Keeping: Prepare financial reports and analysis. Assist with audits and provide required documentation. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records. What We Are Looking For: 1-2 years of relevant Accounts experience. Practical knowledge of Tally. Knowledge of Bank Reconciliation. Understanding of Accounts Payable & Receivable. Knowledge of GST, TDS, PF & ESI.
