Platinum Inc. Consultancy is hiring an experienced Accountant – Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable for a leading organization in the UAE. Location: Sharjah. Salary: As per experience and suitability. Experience: 2–5 Years. Key Requirements: Hands-on experience in both Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP); strong knowledge of customer invoicing, payment collections, and outstanding receivables; experience in supplier invoice processing, payment coordination, and account reconciliation; knowledge of bank reconciliation, ageing reports, and financial documentation; familiarity with accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, SAP, or Odoo; basic knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and tax invoices; proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting procedures; strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and process customer invoices, credit notes, and payment receipts; monitor outstanding customer payments and follow up for timely collections; process supplier invoices and coordinate supplier payments; reconcile customer and supplier accounts and resolve discrepancies; prepare AR and AP ageing reports; perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records; assist with month-end closing, financial reporting, and VAT documentation.
