We are hiring an Accountant – Remote to join a U.S.-based company. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, financial statement preparation and account reconciliation. Work Location: Remote | Employment Type: Full-Time. Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (one-hour break). Working Schedule: Monday to Saturday (EST). Compensation: Base salary aligned with the local market, with additional compensation based on experience and performance. Requirements: Proven professional experience in accounting and taxation; strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial management; practical experience in tax preparation and tax return filing; knowledge of U.S. federal and state tax regulations; experience preparing financial statements, including Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets; experience with account reconciliations, financial reporting and expense management; understanding of tax compliance, deductions and applicable tax regulations; strong analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills; good English communication skills; ability to work according to the U.S. Eastern Time Zone; personal laptop or desktop with a stable internet connection.
