Accountant – Job Description. Experience: 2 – 5 Years. Turnover: ₹10–15 Crore. We are looking for an experienced Accountant with strong practical knowledge of end-to-end accounting and finance operations. Key Responsibilities: Handle day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping and ledger maintenance. Manage Sales, Purchase, Receipts, Payments and Journal entries. Prepare Bank, Customer & Vendor Reconciliations. Handle GST, TDS and basic Income Tax compliance. Prepare Trial Balance, P&L and Balance Sheet. Manage Accounts Payable & Receivable and outstanding follow-ups. Prepare MIS and financial reports. Support audit, finalization and statutory compliance. Coordinate with CA, auditors, banks, vendors and customers. Required Skills: Strong knowledge of Accounting, GST, TDS & Taxation. Proficiency in Tally/ERP and MS Excel. Good understanding of financial statements and reconciliations. Ability to independently manage accounts of a ₹10–15 Cr turnover company. B.Com/M.Com preferred.
