We are hiring an Account Manager – TCS & HCL. Location: Remote. Work Hours: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM IST. Experience: Staffing / Recruitment Account Management. We are looking for an experienced Account Manager / Client Manager with strong hands-on experience managing TCS and HCL accounts and a solid understanding of the US IT & Non-IT staffing and recruitment lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Manage TCS & HCL client relationships and day-to-day requirements. Handle requirements from intake to onboarding and joining. Manage client communication, emails, follow-ups and escalations. Build strong client relationships and identify new requirements. Coordinate with recruiters and sourcing teams for timely submissions. Track submissions, interviews, selections, offers, onboarding & closures. Take complete ownership of consultant onboarding and issue resolution. Maintain Excel/ATS trackers, reports and daily status updates. Share pipeline, challenges, closures and recruitment updates with the Director. Meet monthly/quarterly recruitment and closure targets. Understand sourcing, candidate pipelines and submission quality. Handle US IT & Non-IT requirements and different staffing models. Manage urgent requirements and occasional off-hours communication when required. What We Are Looking For: Previous experience as an Account Manager / Client Manager / Staffing Account Manager. TCS & HCL account experience strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of US IT & Non-IT recruitment. Excellent verbal and written communication. Strong client-facing and relationship-management skills. Proven ability to achieve recruitment/business targets. Excellent ownership, follow-up and coordination skills. Good understanding of sourcing and recruitment processes. Strong Excel, reporting and documentation skills. Ability to independently manage assigned accounts. Interested candidates can WhatsApp their CV.
