What the role covers

Manage day-to-day R&D projects and development timelines. Coordinate trials, tastings, revisions, documentation, and launch readiness. Work closely with R&D Chef on new menu development. Research food trends, consumer behaviour, competitors, and new product opportunities. Prepare product performance reports and presentation decks. Coordinate with Procurement, Operations, QA/QC, L&D, Central Kitchen, and suppliers.
