Gowtham Chandrakumar • 2nd Human Resources Executive @ Vandewiele-Savio India Private Limited 2h • Follow 🚨 WE ARE HIRING | QUALITY ENGINEER – ASSEMBLY (PRE-DISPATCH INSPECTION) 🏢 Vandewiele Savio India Private Limited We are looking for a Quality Engineer – Assembly to join our team in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. 📌 Position: Quality Engineer – Assembly 📍 Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu 💼 Experience: 3–8 Years 🎓 Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech – Mechanical / Production / Textile Engineering 🔧 Key Responsibilities • Conduct Pre-Dispatch Inspection (PDI) of textile machinery and assemblies. • Inspect machines as per engineering drawings, specifications, BOMs and quality checklists. • Verify assembly, alignment, dimensions, fitment, fastening, piping, wiring, lubrication and overall workmanship. • Perform functional and trial-run checks before dispatch. • Identify and document defects, deviations and rework requirements. • Coordinate with Assembly, Production, Mechanical, Electrical and R&D teams for defect rectification. • Prepare PDI reports, NCRs and quality records. • Support RCA, CAPA and continuous quality improvement initiatives. • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and internal quality procedures. 📩 Interested candidates?
