Position: Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant – Payroll Job Type: Permanent Work Mode: Work from Office Location: Hyderabad Experience: 6+ Years Key Skills Required: - 6+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud Payroll - 4+ years of experience in Payroll Costing & US Taxation - Strong expertise in Oracle Cloud Payroll Fast Formulas - Minimum 1 End-to-End Oracle Cloud Payroll Implementation - Hands-on experience in US Payroll preferred - Strong understanding of Payroll Costing & General Ledger integration - Experience with Core HR, Benefits & Compensation - Accounting background is an added advantage - Strong client-facing, analytical and problem-solving skills What You'll Work On: - Lead Oracle Cloud Payroll implementation and support activities - Gather requirements and design functional solutions - Configure and troubleshoot payroll costing rules and processes - Develop complex Fast Formulas for client-specific requirements - Work closely with clients and stakeholders - Support testing, deployment, documentation and training - Resolve complex Payroll-related issues and provide effective solutions Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, HR or a related field Oracle Cloud Payroll Certification is an added advantage Interested?
