We're Hiring: Marketing Executive – Mentor Marketplace & Partner Ecosystem. Nari Shakti Vikas 2047 is building an AI-native platform shaping the next generation of women leaders and entrepreneurs in India — and we're looking for a driven, relationship-first Marketing Executive to help us grow two founding-stage pillars: our Mentor Marketplace and our Partner/Affiliate Ecosystem. If you love outreach, pitching, and closing — and want ownership over building a marketplace from scratch — this one's for you. What you'll own: Identify and onboard mentors/coaches & industry experts to guide our community, Build a network of affiliate partners/corporates and institutions to expand our reach, Manage pipelines/track conversions and report on ecosystem growth, Shape the mentor & partner programs as we build them from the ground up. What we're looking for: 1–2 years in business development/partnerships/affiliate marketing or B2B/B2C outreach, Strong pitching/negotiation & communication skills, Comfortable with high-volume outreach (calls/emails/LinkedIn), A self-starter who thrives in fast-moving pre-launch environments, Passion for women's empowerment and impact-driven work.
