We're Hiring: Marketing Executive – Digital & Field Marketing. Location: Hyderabad | Noida | Bangalore. Experience: 4–6 Years. Compensation: As per company standards/To be discussed. We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Executive who can drive both digital performance marketing and on-ground field marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute end-to-end Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies, Drive multi-channel campaigns across SEO/SEM/AEO/GEO/SXO & AIO, Manage Google Ads/Meta Ads/social media and lead-generation campaigns, Build and execute B2B marketing and business development initiatives, Represent the organization at expos/trade shows and networking events, Manage key client relationships/retention and upselling opportunities, Deliver product demonstrations and communicate business value to prospects, Develop brand positioning/storytelling and social media strategies, Track campaign performance/ROI/CAC and customer acquisition metrics, Lead and mentor cross-functional marketing and delivery teams, Support expansion opportunities and direct/field marketing across urban and rural markets. What We're Looking For: 4–6 years of experience across Digital Marketing/Branding/Traditional-Field Marketing & Business Development, Strong hands-on experience in Performance Marketing/SEO/Google Ads & Meta Ads, Experience in B2B lead generation/demand generation, Experience managing a team of 5+ members, Strong exposure to exhibitions/expos/partnerships and B2B networking, Excellent communication and presentation skills, Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Nice to Have: Experience in ERP/SaaS or B2B technology, Exposure to Influencer Marketing and PR agencies, Regional/multilingual communication skills.
