What the role covers

Jabil is looking for talented professionals to join the Manufacturing Engineering team and drive process excellence, productivity, and continuous improvement. Key Skills & Responsibilities include Process Development & Optimization, SMT & Box-Build Manufacturing, Reflow Soldering Process, Assembly Process Validation, Productivity Improvement, Defect Reduction & Continuous Improvement, Fixture & Tooling Implementation, SPC & Process Monitoring, PFMEA & Risk Assessment, and Production Troubleshooting. Preferred Profile: 10–18 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering, strong experience in electronics manufacturing, hands-on knowledge of SMT, Box Build & Assembly Operations, knowledge of Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement, and strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.
