Position - Manager/Sr. Manager At Skye Air Mobility, we're building India's drone logistics backbone — and our next phase of growth needs someone who can sit at the intersection of People, Operations, and Business and fulfill the requirements for them. I'm looking for someone who will work directly with me to plan and drive organizational scaling — from a people, cost and structure lens. What you bring: 📍 Strong HR fundamentals — but equally strong exposure to Core Operations (working hand-in-hand with Logistics & Sales teams, not from a distance) 📍 Administration & Costing — not just execution, but planning 📍 Proven ability to manage bulk hiring & contractual manpower at scale 📍 Solid grip on legal liaisoning & grievance handling 📍 Understand numbers
